When you sell on Pitchshift, your funds are held securely and released automatically after the buyer confirms receipt or after the protection window expires — whichever comes first. You never have to chase payment or wonder if you will get paid.

Payouts are processed on a regular schedule. Once released, funds arrive in your connected bank account or payout method within the standard processing window for your region.

Protection Against False Claims

Pitchshift investigates all disputes before issuing any refund. We review the original listing description, photographs, shipping records, and communications. Sellers who described their item accurately and shipped promptly are protected from unfounded claims.

If a buyer opens a dispute, you will be notified immediately and given the opportunity to respond with evidence. Our support team considers both sides before making a determination.
